Job Title: Director, Operations
Reports To: General Manager
Summary: Director of Operations is an experienced operations individual who has generated significant impact through the strategic and tactical direction of warehouse facilities. This position will direct and develop department heads in distribution, warehouse, and planning labor need with internal and 3rd party installation teams. This position will report directly to the General Manager and will serve as a member of the Leadership Team.

- Strategic Planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations.
- Develop and direct the management of the company's warehouse facilities that will ensure fast order processing, accurate inventory control, proper and timely receipt of goods, cost efficient shipping direct to customers and effective processing of returns. Manage logistics and outbound transportation processes, negotiate parcel freight programs. Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
- Develop and direct the reporting management to ensure customer satisfaction, improved efficiency, increased revenue through promotional programs and improved employee product knowledge and training. Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues.
- Work with and through the information technology department to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for preparation operation, relevance and utilization. Employ reporting systems through order management system to effectively execute warehouse and operation fulfillment responsibility. Ensure that company is evaluating technology offerings that will generate higher efficiency, enhanced reporting and tracking capabilities and substantial ROI.
- Interact regularly with Leadership Team and individual department heads to ensure that company's operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
- Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to GM and CEO for consideration.
- Participate in vendor negotiations to ensure cost-efficiency
