DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to help us develop creative strategies for social media, email marketing and digital ads. You will be responsible for developing content, campaigns and ads to help us grow our digital landscape, generate more leads and elevate the Scott Rice brand. This individual should have a talent for copywriting and the innate ability to connect with people both in-person, by being an excellent team player and collaborator, and digitally by creating relationships and building trust with our clients and the general public.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist in developing and maintaining an in-bound marketing strategy to leverage our CRM and other customer database to create targeted, multi-touch approach and follow up opportunities.
• Assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy to position Scott Rice products and services across all markets and locations and further position Scott Rice as an interior's integrator.
• Assist in copywriting and content creation for the Scott Rice website, blog posts, marketing materials and project profiles.
• Assist with the development of a social media strategy and approach for designated platforms. Monitor data analytics for improvement opportunities.
• Assist with the management of client-facing marketing initiatives (e-blasts, print materials, banners, etc.) and promotional item inventory including selection, design, and procurement.
• Assist in the creative development of Scott Rice marketing events (sales meetings, client/industry events, etc.) Support the Marketing Team Leader with logistics and coordination of details from catering to graphic materials and on-site implementation.
• Become proficient on the Scott Rice brand story understanding the impact of our architectural, furniture and technology divisions when combined together.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Steelcase brand marketing strategy, materials, and content available including brochures, videos, research and insights, etc.
• Act as a secondary tour guide for client visits leveraging the knowledge and insights of the Scott Rice and Steelcase brand stories. Create a tailored client experience based on their needs, that also highlights the Scott Rice value proposition, defines our capabilities and sets the tone for a long-term relationship.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Preferred work experience in a communications, marketing, or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies
• Knowledge of digital presentation and communication tools

OTHER

• Master storyteller. Strong oral and written communication skills, a must.
• Creative and able to think outside-of-the-box to create unique and winning digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to provide technical support to agents and office staff in these areas.
• Strong computer skills; experienced in digital analytics software, email service providers platforms, and CRM systems.
• Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic communications planning to increase internal and external engagement.
• Budget management related to social media platforms and promoted organic posts.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification, a plus
